• Cookies — we use session cookies required for the Service to function. We do not use advertising or tracking cookies.

3. Payment Information

We do not collect or store your credit card or payment details. All payment processing is handled by Stripe, a PCI-DSS compliant payment processor. Stripe may collect and store payment information in accordance with their own privacy policy.

• To generate and deliver your competitor intelligence report.
• To process payments and manage subscriptions.
• To respond to support requests or legal inquiries.
• To improve the Service (aggregated, anonymized usage data only).

• Anthropic (Claude AI) — competitor data is sent to Anthropic to generate the analysis. See Anthropic's Privacy Policy.
• Stripe — handles payment processing. See Stripe's Privacy Policy.
• Supabase — stores report data and email addresses securely. See Supabase's Privacy Policy.

6. Data Retention

Report data and associated email addresses are retained for as long as needed to provide the Service (e.g., so you can access your report). You may request deletion of your data at any time by emailing us at support@mycompetitorssucks.com.

Depending on your location, you may have the right to:
